What information do we hold?
We hold information about two kinds of people.
- The people who use this service. These people are referred to as our users.
- The people who fill in an enquiry form on this site or one of the websites that this service provides for the users. These people are referred to as leads.
We hold the following information about our users.

Usage information.
- Date and time on which they signed up for the service.
- Date and time they last used the service.
- The current status of their account on our service.
- Cookies enabling authentication, preferences and settings.
Payment information.
- Invoices for our services.
- Payment receipts.
- Failed payment notifications.
Contact information is provided by the user.
Usage information is generated programatically by our service.
Our users provide payment information (name, email address and credit card details) directly to our payment service providers via a secure payment form on our website or on the payment service provider’s website. Payment receipts and failed payment notifications are generated by our payment service providers.
We do not share user information with anybody.
It is possible that in the future we may be required, by law, to share user’s invoices and other information with our local tax authorities if they investigate/audit our business.
We use this information to provide the services our users pay us for.
Contact and usage information is kept for one month after the account has been closed to allow for seamless re-opening of the account.
Information relating to invoices and payments is kept for 7 years after the end of our tax year to comply with local regulations.
We hold the following information about leads.
Enquiry information.
- Names
- Email address.
- Phone numbers.
- The nature of their enquiry.
Meta information.
- Date and time on which they enquired.
- The Google advert they clicked if their enquiry came via Google AdWords.
- The IP address of the computer they made the enquiry on.
- Cookies for tracking conversions provided by Google AdWords.
Enquiry information is provided by the lead by filling in an enquiry form on one of the lead generation websites provided by this service. They do this to enquire about a product or service the user provides. An example of such a website may be found here.
The meta information is calculated by the service.
This information is shared with the user associated with the lead generation website on which the enquiry was made so that the user can respond to the enquiry.
Identifying information about the lead (name, email address, phone number, IP address) is kept for one month to allow for
- resending it to the user if needed
- and for reporting.
We automatically remove information that could be used to identify a lead one month after they provide it.
Anonymised enquiry information and meta information is kept for up to one year to allow for analysis and optimisation of the service and sources of visitors to the lead generation websites. After that it’s removed automatically.
Most personal information enters the service through a form on a secure website. This information is transmitted from the user or lead to the service via the secure HTTPS protocol.
A limited amount of personal information is manually entered into the service by being typed into a form on a secure website after receiving it from the user by email.
Lead information, including personal information, is transmitted to the appropriate user via:
- Email.
- SMS text message.
- Webhook.
Personal information is stored on a database hosted by Amazon Web Services in an EU data centre. Backups are stored in an EU data centre.
The service transfers backup information from the service to the backup service via the secure HTTPS protocol.
Staff have limited access to personal information.

- Zapier (process leads by web hook).
- Clickatell (outgoing SMS text messages).
- Gmail (email).
- Google AdWords (online advertising and conversion tracking).
No personal data is shared with these service providers, but personal data is stored on their infrastructure or flows through it.
Some personal data is shared with our accountants as needed to enable them to prepare our financial records.
Reporting data breaches.
On becoming aware of a data breach we will:

- Notify affected data subjects by email if unencrypted data was breached.
